Variable Residency Rules can only work if Britain leaves the liberal-left ECHR and withdraws from the 1951 UN Refugee Convention, which lawyers use to ensure illegal immigrants are allowed to stay in the country. Brexiteers support both policy planks, whereas the Brinoists give lip service to leaving the ECHR but want to remain in the UN Refugee Convention. This chapter is entirely for the Brexiteers committed to seeing the Brexit battle through to its natural conclusion, it is not for Brinoists who follow fake Farage.

VRR is for Europeans only and ensures people of a similar cultural background are able to assimilate and work together for the socioeconomic betterment of Britain. Under VRR, no illegal immigrant would be allowed to stay in the country and there would be no recourse to legal appeal at any stage of the deportation process. Deportation would be mandatory for all illegal immigrants. Having left the UN Refugee Convention and the ECHR, deportation would become a matter of enforcing legislation passed by Parliament.

The core objective of VRR is to offer the policy to the Eurocrats to control migration coming through the member states of the EU into Britain. HM Government is under no obligation to accommodate migrants of any description and the British economy cannot cope with over 1 million legal and illegal immigrants each year. We are an overcrowded, small nation and our public services are under massive strain as it is.

VRR is tailored to ensure there is no disparity in the context of migration. Currently, 5.1 million EU citizens live in the UK with ‘settled status’ – over 600K unemployed and claiming benefits according to the Daily Telegraph – but only 1.2 million British citizens live in the entire EU. This huge imbalance has caused a low-laid wages racket in Britain, which in turn encouraged 17.4 million Britons to vote for Brexit not Brino.

For example, VRR works to redress the imbalance and limit the number of new migrants entering the country. VRR would be enforced by the Home Office based on economic projections from the Treasury for a forthcoming financial year. For example, we could say to Poland that we have 50,000 places available in one year for Poles to work in the UK under a temporary residency permit. Poland would have to reciprocate and allow 50,000 Britons to work there if they chose to do so. VRR can only work under bilateral agreement and if a foreign nation does not agree to VRR, no legal migration would be allowed either way and illegal migration would not be tolerated.

The foregoing Polish example can be applied to all nations across the international community. If we want to offer VRR to a particular nation, we are free to do so but at all times bilateral agreement and cooperation must prevail. Whilst tailored specifically for Britain’s relationship with the EU bloc, VRR can be used to govern migration policy with all nations we choose to cooperate with. Withdrawing from UN Refugee Convention and leaving the ECHR would ensure Britain cannot be dictated to by hostile foreign powers, ending the migration crisis.  

As such it is imperative to ban all HM Government Ministers and MPs from involvement with the toxic World Economic Forum. The newly crowned King Charles III, a founding member of the WEF would also be subject to the same policy and should he refuse this as a Parliamentary Monarch, his abdication would be necessary. The WEF gangsters are committed to open borders, the Great Reset, depopulation of 5 billion people and the wholly untenable Net Zero fantasy.

Enforcement of VRR for example in the English Channel would be carried out by the Royal Navy and Royal Marines guided on target by drones (UAVs) on overwatch in the skies above. There would be no bilateral agreement with France that allows them to flood Britain with illegal migrants. If the French persisted, we would have to ask the 400,000 French citizens living here to leave the country to ensure the Élysée Palace officials understand illegal migration will not be tolerated. France would accept VRR or there would be no mutual-migration pact. Macron dealt with Tory Globalists singing from the same hymn sheet but nationalist Brexiteers would not back down to him.

Variable Residency Rules would enable HM Government to get immigration under control permanently, reduce dependency on EU citizens in the employment sector and fix the low-paid wages racket. British workers will come first in all employment areas and VRR ensures a decent working wage for all Britons and guarantees national security. These are the guiding principles of the Brexit that 17.4 million people voted for, they did not vote for Brino controlled by the WEF Globalists. Vote Leave did not craft Variable Residency Rules, this was entirely my work.

Brexit is a nationalist concept designed to preserve the nation state but Farage and Johnson are opposed to nationalism, so how can they be Brexiteers? Farage opposes leaving the 1951 UN Refugee Convention and has said repeatedly that he would be happy for Syrians to come to Britain, despite the fact the safest haven to Syria is Turkey and arguably Greece. In fact, the Greeks have used force to turn back the tide of illegal immigrants flooding into the country, over 60% but it has not made the headlines in the UK.

The entire liberal-left argument that force cannot be used to turn back the tide of illegal immigration has been blown out of the water forgive the pun. When there is no other alternative, force has to be used to protect the borders of any nation but the Globalists want one world government under the control of the WEF gangsters. Many Europeans have fallen victim to the trap of the Kalergi agenda to eradicate white Europeans and claim the Great Replacement is a “conspiracy theory”. They also claim cultural Marxism is a “conspiracy theory” and the same criterion applies to any issue they wish to promote.

Those who argue that nationalism cannot succeed at the ballot box should be mindful of the fact Marine Le Pen’s Rassemblement National won the French Assembly elections in June 2022 and thumped Macron at the EuroParl elections in June 2024. In another blow for the Globalists on 14 September 2022, the Sverigedemokraterna (Sweden Democrats) emerged slightly ahead of the liberal-left governing faction. The signs are good for British nationalists and the battle is not over following the collapse of the British National Party. There is everything to campaign for and the battle can be won with VRR. Sweden Democrats have ordered the deportation of 80,000 migrants but will it happen?

Whilst I could be accused of bias in defending the Variable Residency Rules policy I crafted to resolve the immigration crisis, I have not seen one policy on the nationalist scene that is more reasonable and moderate. VRR leaves the Rejoiners in particular with nowhere to hide in the context of their claim that all Brexiteers are anti-European. On the contrary, we are anti-EU, even the Brinoists are anti-EU but VRR holds open the door to EU citizens to work and live in the UK for a finite period defined by the Government. This simply leaves the Rejoiners with their usual “racism” rant but they use that infantile slur against anyone who dares to oppose them.

Whilst VRR is not the simplest policy on earth, it is completely tenable and vastly better than anything the LibLabCon Globalists have to offer and certainly better than any policy offered by other nationalist organisations. VRR is the route of moderate nationalism and engenders respect for our fellow Europeans. Only through moderate nationalism can this battle be won and I campaigned tirelessly under former BNP leaders John Tyndall and Nick Griffin for moderation of the party’s manifesto, its lexicon and public relations approach.

I have noted several times in this book that UKIP, whilst ostensibly moderate CivNats, are in fact the most abusive anti-EU cabal on the scene but they have nothing to back it up with, all hot air merchants. Moderate nationalism should avoid verbal slanging matches designed to drag down the whole issue into the gutter of mutual abuse. We need to stick to reasonable policies and VRR is the best on the political market to deal with all forms of immigration. It trumps any nonsense proposed by Reform UK.

There is no room for compromise for illegal immigration under VRR because by definition it is illegal and unwanted by the large majority. As such there is nothing to discuss with anyone regarding illegal immigration, it is illegal, it mocks our legal system and sovereignty and the only response can be mandatory deportation for anyone attempting to enter the UK illegally, irrespective of their claims. Genuine refugees cannot afford to pay £5K to be shipped to the English Channel under French escort to be collected by the RNLI, Border Farce and Royal Navy.

In the context of the liberal-left Care4Calais activists, we should regard them in the proper legal context of people trafficking and prosecute them accordingly. The Crown Prosecution Service website is quite explicit on this matter:

• People trafficking and people smuggling are different concepts in law and different offences exist to deal with each of these respectively. Offences relating to people smuggling are generally found in the Immigration Act 1971. This includes:
  • Section 25 – Assisting unlawful immigration (known as facilitation).
  • Section 25A – Facilitating entry by asylum seekers to the UK for gain.
  • Section 25B – Assisting entry to the UK in breach of deportation or exclusion order.
  • Section 25B (3) – Assisting entry / remaining of excluded person.

Care4Calais activists are aiding and abetting the illegal immigration invasion across the English Channel and operate on both sides to facilitate this trafficking. We reject their ‘humanitarian’ argument, a ruse long used by the liberal-left to excuse their illegal activities. But there is no political will to prosecute them, no one in the LibLabCon Party has any interest in making an example of them. But nationalists offer a different approach and we would prosecute them to the full force of the law to deter other liberal-left activists from doing the same.

The entire immigration debate has to be put onto the agenda with a reasonable, pragmatic policy that can work. If the Eurocrats for example rejected VRR, there would be no net migration into the UK from the EU. Of course, VRR does not apply to tourism and Britain would remain open for business in the tourism sector and we wish to provide the warmest welcome possible to all tourists but overstayers would not be tolerated. There has to be a points-based system whereby an applicant can be vetted for suitability in terms of education and work experience. The vetting will also ensure terrorists and criminals do not enter British territory to plague the host community.

Successive ‘British’ Governments have been far too soft with the Eurocrats in every respect but particularly the immigration issue. The point of Brexit was to #TakeControl over our borders and shipping lanes but the Tories have not done this, they have backed down at the sight of resistance from Brussels. The Eurocrats are in no real position economically to reject VRR, the Eurozone is weak and following the sanctions war with Russia, they are weaker than ever before. The Eurocrats are in no position to dictate anything to Britain.

The unvarnished truth is the Eurocrats for all their bluff and bluster are just windbags and their bluff needs to be called by a nationalist government. Are the Eurocrats in a position to take back nearly 4 million of their citizens, knowing full well EU member states cannot employ them or pay their benefits. Whilst we do not wish for conflict with any EU member state, they need to remember we are doing them a favour, we have the upper-hand in hardball negotiations. They would accept VRR or their citizens would be repatriated back to a socioeconomic wasteland, the Eurozone.

The German economy as a powerhouse fuelled by cheap Russian gas no longer exists and Germans cannot sustain the rest of the Eurozone, whilst at the same time issuing gutless threats to the British Government over Brexit. Germany is the decrepit pensioner of Europe and with Nord Stream 2 gone, Nord Stream 1 almost out of action and the Turkstream under threat, Europe is on the brink of socioeconomic meltdown. But the problem with Tories and Brinoists in general is their inability to see the weakness of the Eurocrats and exploit it to our national interest.

The Tories in particular are completely in league with the World Economic Forum and hooked on the Net Zero fantasy that is going to wreck the European economic structure. Whereupon the WEF Globalists will offer their proclaimed Great Reset as the solution and introduce a cashless society linked to a social credit score. Anyone opposing their open borders lunacy will be disconnected from the banking system, effectively socioeconomic cancel culture. There has never been a more dangerous time in recent European history but one that presents huge opportunity for nationalists across the whole of Europe.

On becoming Prime Minister Liz Truss (WEF agent) announced the new Bill of Rights drafted by Dominic Raab would not go ahead. The Bill of Rights was a Tory manifesto promise in December 2019 and to see it scrapped came as no surprise. Raab claimed the Bill of Rights would give supremacy to the Supreme Court to ignore all rulings from the ECHR but this was a misnomer. The Council of Europe in the event of HM Government ignoring its rulings, would give Britain an ultimatum: Implement the ECHR’s rulings or leave the Council of Europe. The Tories have no appetite for this and the Lib Dems and Labour are completely opposed to it.

Ultimately there is absolutely no political will to confront the ECHR and the Establishment will not address the burning issue. They will continue to concoct nonsensical, untenable ‘policy’ scams like Rwanda, designed to go nowhere but which appeases the public in the short-term. The game is perfectly obvious, they will claim they did everything possible to enact legislation and policies to stop immigration but they were stopped by the ECHR that they do not want to leave. It’s a giant public relations deception for the febrile-minded who seem to fall for it every time.

Farage now argues leaving the ECHR is the only solution to the crisis in the English Channel but previously he supported staying in the Council of Europe. The point has to be made again, leaving the ECHR alone will not resolve the problem. Liberal-left lawyers will argue the 1951 Refugee Convention in the Supreme Court or the ECHR and there will be no deportations. Farage knows this is the fact of the matter but he opposes leaving the UN Refugee Convention because he is not a genuine opponent of illegal immigration. Farage is an Establishment actor, a safety valve operator tasked to take Leave voters down a blind alley to achieve absolutely nothing, whilst claiming the Establishment robbed them.

Richard Tice and Lawrence Fox are doing exactly the same with Reform-Reclaim, they are CivNats at best, Establishment actors at worst. All the proponents of staying in the 1951 Refugee Convention are aware this is the legislation used in British courts and the ECHR to stop deportations. The Government cannot deport over 30,000 suspected Islamists because of ECHR rulings, let alone deport a predicted 70,000 illegal immigrants crossing the English Channel in 2024. Farage of course predicted in January 2022 that 100,000 would cross the Channel the same year, knowing full well it would be half the figure. He will then be able to claim it was not as bad as expected. The entire charade is a public relations game.

A raft of campaigners have covered the so-called ‘invasion’ across the English Channel, notably Steve Laws and Active Patriot. What we have seen is the highest degree of organisation at the British end to taxi the ‘illegal’ immigrants to several ports on the English coastline. Whilst living in Eastbourne, East Sussex, I witnessed them being landed on two occasions at Sovereign Harbour by the RNLI taxi service. All of the vast available evidence proves HM Government agencies are making absolutely no attempt to stop the “invasion”. Using the term “invasion” suggests regime agencies attempting to stop the influx but they are in fact assisting it under bilateral arrangement with the French.

Those not convinced of the bilateral arrangement between London and Paris should note French warships each day collect the ‘migrants’ and hand them over to British ships in the Channel. This is nothing less than a polite exchange. The French and British are doing nothing to stop them in real terms and HM Government officials are lying to everyone on a daily basis. Where exchange does not occur between British and French ships, British ships ‘rescue’ the ‘migrants’ in the Channel and taxi them safely to shore.

Once processed and allocated to hotels, the illegals are then issued with Aspen prepaid Visa Debit cards at £175 each per week, although though many claim it is £40 per week. As millions of Britons struggle with the cost-of-living crisis, illegal immigrants are given free hotels, three meals a day and free health care. It is little wonder the Government can barely find hotels to accommodate them and alternative measures are being sought to house not detain them. They are breaking the law, hence the term ‘illegal immigrants’ and they should be detained pending deportation. But instead, the Government gives them a free-ride on the benefits system as the British struggle to pay for food and household bills.

It is vitally important to explode the fantasy that the Government is doing everything possible to stop them. Nothing is being done and if it is an “invasion”, it is highly organised by the British and French regimes, both controlled by the World Economic Forum and Kalergi agenda. LibLabCon politicians are wholly committed to the diversity delusion that depends entirely on a constant influx of non-white immigrants, both legal and illegal. There is nothing for the illegals to fear, the Tories gave an amnesty to 1.2 million of them in 2019 under Brino Boris and his lickspittle Nigel Farage.

Brexiteers have indeed been betrayed by the Brinoists and they are the greatest threat to Brexit not the Rejoiners, currently scheming to “get Brexit reversed”. The Brinoists created this crisis, they have maintained it and by opposing withdrawal from the 1951 UN Refugee Convention, they are aiding and abetting the “invasion”. Of course, Farage has no problem at all with over 450,000 ‘legal’ immigrants entering the country each year because he is opposed to nationalism and wholly committed to the diversity delusion. Farage now uses the phrase “irresponsible diversity” but when pressed, he cannot explain what responsible diversity is by contrast.

In fact, faux ‘Reform’ clowns favour importing scores of Indians to work as cheap labour and then tax the employers more than LibLabCon. VRR simply fixes all of this, there would be no bilateral migration pact with India. Farage is the arch-Brinoist along with his sidekick Richard Tice. As for UKIP under Tory Neil Hamilton, it had no coherent policy plank on immigration; perhaps ‘cash for questions’ would be a more suitable topic for Hamilton but with his replacement it’s all academic now.

As things stand in the context of British nationalism, only the British Democrats and The Homeland Party under Kenny Smith are getting organised. The CivNats are irrelevant, they are all Brinoist factions committed to the diversity delusion and staying in the 1951 UN Refugee Convention. There has never been a more opportune moment for Variable Residency Rules.

VRR could become the bane of the Globalists because their policy is open borders without any real controls on who enters any country. Poland proved in 2021 that using force is permissible, acceptable and works to stop illegal immigrants. Apart from the usual liberal-left ranting about “racism” and “human rights”, nothing was done to stop the Poles and British Army units were sent to help the Poles to use force. This fundamentally important point proves HM Government is committed to using force to stop illegal immigration when it suits the exigencies of geopolitical machinations in the anti-Russian context.

But HM Government is not committed to using force in the English Channel, just a highly organised and efficient operation to bring the illegal immigrants ashore safely, knowing they cannot be deported because of the 1951 Refugee Convention and the ECHR. Using force must always be the last resort, cutting off benefits, scrapping free hotels and the benefits bonanza in particular would be far more effective than force. The Danes stopped the free ride on their benefits system and the migrant ‘invasion’ almost ground to a halt. They are not refugees in the classic sense, they are socioeconomic opportunists looking for a free ride. There is no evidence any of the “gimmiegrants” crossing the English Channel are refugees fleeing persecution. For a start, they discard all ID documents before being taxied ashore.

Variable Residency Rules can work if we cut off the benefits system to all illegal immigrants and those who do land, would be detained and then deported within a week. VRR also controls legal immigration and ensures that 1 million immigrants can never again enter the country in a year. It is not that nationalists want to stop all immigration indefinitely but rather the fact we want culturally homogenous Europeans to integrate with the indigenous population without the conflict we are now witnessing across the whole of Britain. We want to encourage the best possible Europeans to live in the UK with demonstrated work experience and the right qualifications. We do not want to encourage asocial criminals, terrorists, extremists and sex offenders.

Irrespective of future employment trends on the possible need to allow EU citizens to enter Britain, our focus should be on encouraging Americans, Canadians, Australians and Kiwis to live in the UK. These are our genetic cousins with deep family connections in the British Isles and as such they can be integrated quite easily. We need to make it far easier for our English-speaking cousins to return to the Motherland. As such, Variable Residency Rules would engender a Motherland policy for the five eyes nations bonded by blood, tradition, language, law and a broadly similar culture. The objective of VRR is to oppose the deliberate destructiveness of the Kalergi agenda and stop the Globalists. The British have to be in total control over their immigration policy and not be dictated to by hostile foreign nations and the Globalist corporations. Britain would be open for business and free trade under VRR but it would be done the British way and for the common weal of all Britons first and foremost. VRR honours the true spirit of the Vote Leave policy to #TakeControl over our borders.
